Berthy Kpiebaya is a young enthusiastic lady with a second degree in MSc Development Planning and Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a first degree in BA Social Studies Education from University of Education Winneba. She has experience in research, project management, informal sector mobilization and engagement, formal sector mobilization and engagement, training, event planning and management as well as working with women and children. She is self motivated, result oriented, confident, team player and works with team to integrate change. She has passion for cleaner cities, climate change, circular economy, women and children as well as informal waste management sector especially in Ghana. She looks forward to building a career around gender approach towards circularity in the informal waste management sector.
